  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken works great.
  • 4 large tortillas Flour, whole wheat, or spinach tortillas.
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped Ensure lettuce is dry to prevent sogginess.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Adjust based on personal preference.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup croutons Optional for added crunch.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until all ingredients are well coated.
  • Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface or plate.
  • Evenly distribute the chicken mixture among the tortillas, leaving some space at the edges for wrapping.
  • If desired, sprinkle croutons on top of the chicken mixture for extra texture.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  • Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

Chill before serving if making ahead. Avoid overfilling the tortillas for easy wrapping.
