  • Season the Mixture: Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and vegetables. Then sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  • Arrange in Air Fryer: Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in a single layer in the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.

Cooking

  • Cook to Perfection: Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping the chicken and veggies halfway through. It’s done when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the veggies are tender.

Notes

You can substitute chicken breasts with chicken thighs for a juicier option. Feel free to swap the broccoli and bell peppers with vegetables like zucchini or asparagus for variety.
