Ingredients
- 5 ounces pretzels
- 2 ½ cups Honey Nut Cheerios
- 2 ½ cups Corn Chex (or Honey Nut Chex)
- 1 cup peanuts
- 2 cups M&M’s chocolate candies (approximately a 12-ounce bag)
- 1 ½ cups Candy Corn
- 2 cups white chocolate chips (12-ounce bag)
- 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Combine the pretzels, Honey Nut Cheerios, Corn Chex, peanuts, M&M’s, and Candy Corn in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 60 seconds, stir, then continue to heat in 30-second bursts until fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the dry cereal mixture and stir gently until evenly coated.
- Spread the chocolate-covered mixture onto two large baking sheets lined with wax paper and allow to cool completely.
- Break the cooled mix into chunks and store it in an airtight container.
Notes
Use good quality white chocolate for better melting. Watch carefully to avoid overheating the chocolate.
