A delightful dish that combines juicy chicken breasts with zesty Cajun seasoning and a rich, velvety cream sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Pasta of your choice

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper evenly over the chicken breasts.
  2. Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken: Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet, cooking for about 6–7 minutes on each side until done.
  4. Set aside the chicken: Once cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Stir to combine and let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Combine the chicken and sauce: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating each piece with the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve with pasta: Plate the chicken over cooked pasta, garnishing with fresh parsley.
