A comforting, easy-to-make soup that offers the rich flavors of a classic chicken pot pie without the fuss of pastry.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup peas, frozen
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced chicken, chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Stir well to mix the ingredients.
