A delightful no-bake dessert layered with creamy pumpkin spice cheesecake over a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for Halloween celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Candy decorations (like gummy worms or spooky sprinkles)
  • Food coloring (optional for additional spooky effect)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Distribute the mixture among 8 serving cups, pressing it down to form a solid crust. Set aside.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  5. Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Spoon or pipe the pumpkin cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in each cup.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with whipped cream and candy decorations before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth mixture. Whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold gently to keep it airy.
