  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 4 cups cooked noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
